Overview
Immunofluorescence was carried out on 4% PFA fixed HEK293 cells transfected with mCherry-Rab1a, using anti-mCherry polyclonal antibody at a 1:50 dilution.
Western Blot was carried out on HEK293 cells transduced with myc-mCherry Ad, using Anti-mCherry polyclonal antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution, with lysates of 100 µg per lane and secondary antibody rabbit anti-goat IgG (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution.
