    WB-Approx 50kDa band observed in Human Peripheral Blood Mononucleocytes, and Tonsil lysates and in lysates of cell line Daudi, and approx. 50-55kDa in Human Tonsil and Mouse Spleen lysates. These molecular weights are routinely observed by other sources Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.1µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
