  - Application Description
    
    This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). It recognizes Sirt3, a mitochondrial NAD-dependent deacetylase, enzyme involved in the constitutive deacetylation of one or several mitochondrial proteins. The Sirtuin 3 activity could play an important role in the mechanism of the acetylation control of factors directly involved in apoptotic pathways.
