  - Application Description
    
    This antibody can be used for ELISA (1: 8000 dilution) and Western blot analysis. It recognizes the large subunit (68 kDa) of TFIIE-gamma complex. This complex recruits TFIIH to the initiation complex and stimulates the RNA polymerase II C-terminal domain kinase and DNA-dependent ATPase activities of TFIIH.
