  - Application Description
    
    This antibody can be used for ELISA assay (1:2,000 dilution). TRAF2 is a signal transducer protein that associates with the cytoplasmic domain of TNF receptor to different signaling pathways. It regulates two distinct kinase cascades which lead to NF-?B and JUNK activation. It is also involved in anti-apoptotic signaling, perinatal survival and IL-15 signaling.
