    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.
    WB-Approx 37kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293 and on Human Tonsil and Rat Brain lysates. Recommended concentration:0.003-0.03µg/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IHC-In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil shows staining of Germinal Centre Recommended concentration, 1-2µg/ml.
    IF-Immunofluorescence : Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm and plasma membrane of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
