    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
    WB-Preliminary testing showed a band at approx 26kDa in Human Kidney lysate after 2µg/ml antibody staining. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.
    IF-Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei of A431 and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10µg/ml.
    FC-Flow cytometric analysis of A431 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
