          ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
          WB-Approx 30-35kDa band seen in Jurkat lysate. Recommended for use at 1-3µg/ml. Please note that literature indicates DKK4 is detected as three major immunoreactive species of approx. 40 kDa [form ], 30-32 kDa [form ] and 15-17 kDa [form ]. We believe this antibody will recognise 30-32kDa species of DKK4.
