Reacts with a 110 kD antigen present on the peripheral blood lymphocyte subset (primarilylarge granular lymphocytes) identified by the HNK-1 monoclonal antibody. It recognizes part of theNatural Killer cell population. CD57 is furthermore present on cells in neuroectodermal tissue.Immunogen: JURKAT T-cell line
