Recognizes the antigen CD147. This antigen is a single chain type I transmembrane with aMW of 50-60 kDa. It has been described as a tumor-cell-derived soluble factor that stimulatesexpression of collagenases by fibroblasts. Source: A BALB/c mouse was immunized. After three weeksthe mouse was boosted and the splenocytes fused with myeloma cell line NSO. A positive hybridomaobtained after three limiting dilutions served as source for the hybridoma.Immunogen: Native leucocytes.
