The c-erbB-2/Her-2/neu oncoprotein is a 185 kD tyrosine kinase-linked receptor. c-erbB-2 is amember of a large family of cell surface growth factor receptors being closely related in structureto epidermal growth factor receptor. c-erbB-2 oncoprotein is present in normal epithelia in anumber of tissues including breast, ovary and stomach.Immunogen: Synthetic peptide corresponding to a site on the internal domain of the c-erbB-2oncoprotein
