    Application Description
    
    ELISA-antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
    WB-Approx 37kDa band observed in lysates of cell line NIH/3T3. In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing ARA9 a band of approx. 42kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.02-0.06µg/ml.
    IHC-Paraffin embedded Human Placenta. Recommended concentration: 5µg/ml.
