Our Anaprep Blood DNA Extraction Kit 1200 is designed for extracting genomic DNA from mammalian whole blood, peripheral mononuclear cells, and buffy coat using our Anaprep 12 instrument. The kit includes all necessary reagents and plastics needed for processing up to 48 samples. Yields of up to 180 ug of genomic DNA may be obtained depending on the white blood cell count of the sample, and the extracted DNA is consistently high-quality and ready for downstream processing.
