    Dilution: dilute 100 mg of Amino-modifier Pro phosphoramidite in
    1.21 mL of anhydrous acetonitrile to obtain 0.1M solution
    
    Oxidation: standard iodine solution is recommended
    
    Coupling: 5 minutes coupling time is recommended
    
    Deprotection: 60°C overnight in conc. ammonia is recommended
