We offer 8-methyl dG and 8-methyl rG amidite and supports for incorporation in oligonucleotides for conformational studies, stability & oligonucleotides engineering.
8-Methyl dG containing oligonucleotides have been shown to conform remarkable stability to Z-conformation of DNA.
Similarly 8-methyl dG containing oligonucle­otides have been shown to cause a conformational and helical switch to left handed oligonucleotides.
