    Dilution: dilute 100 mg of 6-Tetrachloro-carboxyfluoresceinamide phosphoramidite Pro in 0.7 mL of anhydrous acetonitrile to obtain 0.1M solution
    
    Oxidation: standard conditions are recommended
    
    Coupling: 5 minute coupling time is recommended
    
    Deprotection: ammonia deprotection at room temperature during 24h is recommended
