          Dilution: dilute 100 mg of 6-Carboxyfluoresceinamide phosphoramidite in 1.2 mL of anhydrous acetonitrile to obtain 0.1M solution

          Oxidation: standard conditions are recommended

          Coupling: 5 minute coupling time is recommended

          Deprotection: 60°С overnight in conc. ammonia is recommended
