High-quality LUV liposomes labeled with fluorescein DHPE are ready to use. The liposomes are prepared by the extrusion technology to 200-250nm with tight particle size distribution. The product is semi sterile filtered through 0.45um filters and filled in autoclaved vials guaranteed to be stable for 3 months stored in the refrigerator. The phospholipid, fluorescein DHPE is labeled on the head group with the green-fluorescent pH-sensitive fluorophore, fluorescein (excitation/emission maxima ~496/519nm).
