WizPure™ qPCR Master-UDG (SYBR)

WizPure™ qPCR Master-UDG (SYBR) is an optimized ready-to-use solution for real-time quantitative PCR assays. It comprises all the components necessary to perform qPCR: antibody-mediated hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, ultrapure dNTPs (dUTP), Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG), MgCl2, SYBR Green I, enhancer, and stabilizer.
WizPure™ qPCR-UDG Master (SYBR) Lo-ROX kit and WizPure™ qPCR Master-UDG (SYBR) Hi-ROX kit are optimized ready-to-use 2X master mix solution for real-time quantitative PCR assays. The kits comprise all the components necessary to perform qPCR: antibody hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, ultrapure dNTPs (dUTP), Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UDG), MgCl2, SYBR Green I, enhancer, stabilizer, and ROX reference dye ensures that the kits deliver fast, highly-specific and ultra-sensitive real-time PCR.
UDG and dUTP are included in the mixture to prevent the reamplification of carryover PCR products between reactions. dUTP in the mix ensures that any amplified DNA will contain uracil. UDG removes uracil residues from single or double-stranded DNA.
