UV Transilluminator Single Wavelength

The SUV series UV Transilluminator can be used for the result observation and gel cutting operation of nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) gel electrophoresis. The single wavelength model (SUV10) is equipped with 302nm UV lamps. The fluorescence of EB was stimulated by 302nm UV with high sensitivity and clear observation band. The detection sensitivity is as low as ng level. The instruments are widely used in scientific research institutes and enterprises in the fields of molecular biology, molecular genetics, medicine and health, biological products, agriculture and other life sciences.
