      • Overview
        • Union Insect Cell Culture Media is widely used for the adhesion and suspension growth of Sf9 and Sf21 cell lines derived from ovarian tissues of the wide-host-range phytophagous lepidopteran Spodoptera frugiperda. The cells are routinely used to support the Baculovirus Expression Vector System (BEVS) for the recombinant protein expression.

The media are ready-to-use with no supplementation required.
