Reagent preparation:
Ultra Rainbow Fluorescent Particles is used directly from the vial with no dilution. Vortexing is required for proper resuspension before use.
Examination procedure:
1. Vigorously mix the URCP vial.
2. Dispense about 10 drops (about 0.5 mL) of Ultra Rainbow Fluorescent Particles into a test tube. Protect from exposure to direct light.
3. Vortex the tube immediately before use.
