      • Overview
        • UBE2J2 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 250 amino acids (1-226) and having a molecular mass of 28.0 kDa. UBE2J2 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme E2 J2 (UBE2J2) is a member of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. UBE2J2 catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins. UBE2J2 is located in the membrane of the endoplasmic reticulum. UBE2J2 participates in the selective degradation of misfolded membrane proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum (ERAD).
