Tumor SNV wild-type gDNA standard is a genomic DNA standard that accurately verifies mutation frequency through ddPCR. It is derived from human cell lines and contains negative sites of multiple gene mutations. It can be used as a control for positive standards and can also be used in platforms such as qPCR and ddPCR.
Tumor SNV wild-type gDNA standard can be mixed with other gDNA standards to obtain other allele mutation frequencies to meet various needs such as experiments and daily quality control.
