t-Boc-Aminooxy-PEG3-S-Ac is a hydrophilic PEG moiety containing a t-Boc aminooxy group and a sulfur acetyl group. The t-Boc group is acid labile. The sulfur acetyl group can be deprotected to generate a thiol compound. The PEG linker increases the water solubility of the compound in aqueous environments.
