Streptactin is one of the most stable proteins. It is coupled to highly cross-linked 4% agarose microspheres and can be used in various expression systems, including purification of proteins containing Strep-Tag II tags in baculovirus, mammalian cells, yeast and bacteria. The resin can also be used for purification of Twin Strep-Tag II tags.
Streptactin 4FF Chromatography Column is a medium-pressure prepacked column with Streptactin Agarose Resin 4FF as filler. The specification is 1 mL. The prepacked column has a standard interface and can be adapted to various commercial medium-pressure chromatography systems, such as ÄKTA, etc., for easy operation by customers.
