Simple Procedure!
Add one drop Reagent 1 to each tube.
Select 1 - 4 colonies.
Suspend colony in Reagent 1. Mix.
Add one drop Reagent 2 to each tube. Mix.
Add five drops Reagent 3. Mix.
Add one drop of extract and one drop of group specific blue latex to each circle.
