The pseudovirus product uses the Spike protein from the NCBI Reference Sequence: NC_045512.2 as the pseudovirus spike protein, with specific mutationat the site: L18F, T19R, R21G, T95I, G142D, W152L, E156G, del157-158, F186L, V213G, G339D, S371F, S373P, S375F, T376A, D405N, K417N, N440K, G446D, L452R, S477N, T478K, E484A, F486P, Q498R, N501Y, Y505H, D614G, P621S, H655Y, N679K, P681H, A706V, N764K, D796Y, Q954H, N969K, T1117I. It is constructed using the HIV lentiviral packaging system and contains plasmids expressing GFP (green fluorescent protein) and Luciferase (firefly luciferase) genes. The pseudovirus is replication-defective and has the ability to infect 293T-ACE2 cells. Its infectivity can be measured through the detection of fluorescence and Luciferase activity.
