The pseudovirus product uses the Spike protein from the NCBI Reference Sequence: NC_045512.2 as the pseudovirus spike protein. It is based on the HIV lentiviral packaging system and contains plasmids expressing GFP (green fluorescent protein) and Luciferase (firefly luciferase) genes. The replication-defective pseudovirus is capable of infecting 293T-ACE2 cells. Its infectivity can be measured by assessing the fluorescence and Luciferase activity.
