The pseudovirus product uses the Spike protein from the NCBI Reference Sequence: NC_045512.2 as the pseudovirus spike protein, with specific mutationat the site: del69-70, del144-145, N501Y, A570D, D614G, P681H, T716I, S982A, D1118H. It is constructed using the HIV lentiviral packaging system and contains plasmids expressing GFP (green fluorescent protein) and Luciferase (firefly luciferase) genes. The pseudovirus is replication-defective and has the ability to infect 293T-ACE2 cells. Its infectivity can be measured through the detection of fluorescence and Luciferase activity.
