Irradiated Sabouraud Dextrose (SabDex) Agar with Lecithin and Tween® 80 is recommended for the detection and enumeration of yeasts and fungi from environmental sources in a clean room setting.

The plates are triple bagged and sterilized by irradiation to promote a higher sterility assurance level.
