S-PLEX is an ultra-sensitive assay platform. It can dramatically improve the sensitivity of immunoassays, reducing the lower limit of detection (LLOD) by 10- to 1000-fold over other assay methods. The S-PLEX Human IL-17A Assay has the essential components for an ultrasensitive assay that measures IL-17A in a single-analyte format. For detailed instructions on running the IL-17A assay, please see the product insert in the "Documentation" tab below.

Background
S-PLEX is an ultrasensitive assay platform. It can dramatically improve the sensitivity of immunoassays, thereby reducing the lower limit of detection (LLOD) by 10- to 1000-fold over other assay methods. Detection limits in the low femtogram/mL range are common. These low detection limits enable the measurement of analytes at lower concentrations, reduce required sample volume, and reduce critical reagent usage.
S-PLEX assays are available either as singleplex kits or multiplex panels. Use the quick links below to learn more about S-PLEX technology, S-PLEX publications, and S-PLEX sample testing services.
