      • Overview
        • OTUB2 produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 254 amino acids (1-234 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 29.4kDa. OTUB2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Ubiquitin thioesterase OTUB2 (OTUB2) is a member of the peptidase C65 family. OTUB2 functions as a hydrolase which can remove conjugated ubiquitin from proteins in vitro and may thus play a key regulatory role at the level of protein turnover by preventing degradation.
