  - TIAL1 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 398 amino acids (1-375 a.a) andhaving a molecular mass of 44.0kDa. TIAL1 is fusedto a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. TIAL1 belongs to a family of RNA-binding proteins, it has 3 RNA recognition motifs (RRMs), and binds adenine and uridine-rich elements in mRNA and pre-mRNAs of a extensive range of genes. TIAL1 regulates a variety of activities including translational control, splicing and apoptosis. TIAL1 different isoforms function differently with respect to post-transcriptional silencing.
