  - SSX2 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 210 amino acids (1-188a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.0kDa. SSX2 is fused to a 22 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Synovial Sarcoma, X Breakpoint 2 (SSX2) is a part of the family of highly homologous synovial sarcoma X breakpoint proteins which play a role as transcriptional repressors. Homologous synovial sarcoma X breakpoint proteins are also able to bring out spontaneous humoral and cellular immune responses in cancer patients, and are effective targets in cancer vaccine-based immunotherapy.
