        • RAB10 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (1-200) and having a molecular mass of 24.7 kDa. RAB10 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. RAB10, Member RAS Oncogene Family (RAB10) belongs to the Ras superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. RAB10 is a key regulator of endocytic recycling, particularly in the basolateral recycling pathways of polarized epithelial cells. It is required for the recruitment of CNT-1 to endosomal membranes in the intestinal epithelium.

          Formulation
          The RAB10 solution (0.5mg/1ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol 0.4M Urea.
          Storage
          Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
