PLSCR1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Phospholipid scramblase (PLSCR1), member of the phospholipid scramblase family. has a significant part in the antiviral reaction of interferon (IFN) by intensifying and improving the IFN reaction via increasing expression of select subset of potent antiviral genes. .
