  - PCID2 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 341 amino acids (80-399 a.a) andhaving a molecular mass of 39.3kDa. PCID2 is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. PCIDomain Containing 2 (PCID2) is expressed in immature and early-stage Blymphocytes and regulates the expression of mitotic checkpoint protein MAD2. PCID2is a component of the TREX-2 complex, transcription and export complex 2, thiscomplex functions in docking export-competent ribonucleoprotein particles(mRNPs) to the nuclear entrance of the nuclear pore complex, nuclear basket.
