        • NUDCD2 Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 180 amino acids (1-157 a.a) andhaving a molecular mass of 20kDa. NUDCD2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. NudCDomain Containing 2 also known as NUDCD2 contains 1 CS domain and interactswith LIS1. NUDCD2 regulates the LIS1/dynein pathway by stabilizing LIS1 withHsp90 chaperone.
