NUP62CL is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Nucleopurin 62kDa C-Terminal Like, which is also known as NUP62CL, is a protein-coding gene. NUP62CL contains a domain found in nucleoporins which are glycoproteins located in nuclear pore complexes.
