MEIS3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Meis Homeobox 3, also known as MEIS3 is a member of the TALE/MEIS homeobox family. MEIS3 contains 1 homeobox DNA-binding domain. In addition, MEIS3 is over expressed in the Brain - Amygdala , Uterus , Brain - Anterior cingulate cortex and Brain - Cortex.
