        • LBH Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 128 amino acids (1-105 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 14.6kDa. LBH is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Limb Bud And Heart Development, (LBH) belongs to the LBH family. LBH is highly expressed in the heart, and expressed at low levels in placenta, lung, skeletal muscle, kidney and liver. In addition, LBHprotein is a transcriptional activator which may act in mitogen-activatedprotein kinase signaling pathway.
