      • Overview
        • JTB Human Recombinant produced in E. Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 98 amino acids (31-105 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 10.7kDa. JTB is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Jumping Translocation Breakpoint (JTB) takes part in the regulation of cell proliferation and is essential for cytokinesis during mitosis. JTB inhibits apoptosis induced by TGFB1 and increases AURKB activity. JTB is also a part of the chromosomal passenger complex (CPC) which is a key regulator of mitosis.
