MW : 37kD. Recombinant Human Interleukin-1 receptor-like 2 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Asp20-Tyr337 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Interleukin-1 receptor-like 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the IL1RL2 gene, belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. IL1RL2 is the receptor for interleukin-36 (IL36A, IL36B and IL36G). After binding to interleukin-36 associates with the coreceptor IL1RAP to form the interleukin-36 receptor complex which mediates interleukin-36-dependent activation of NF-kappa-B, MAPK and other pathways.
