  - MW : 10.1kD. Recombinant Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine 3 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Ala35-Asn107 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. C-X-C Motif Chemokine 3 (CXCL3) is a secreted protein that belongs to the intercrine alpha (chemokine CXC) family. CXCL3 controls the migration and adhesion of monocytes and mediates its effect on its target cell by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor called CXCR2. In addition, CXCL3 is thought to play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion.

    Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
