MW : 10.1kD. Recombinant Human C-X-C Motif Chemokine 3 is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Ala35-Asn107 is expressed with a 6His tag at the N-terminus. C-X-C Motif Chemokine 3 (CXCL3) is a secreted protein that belongs to the intercrine alpha (chemokine CXC) family. CXCL3 controls the migration and adhesion of monocytes and mediates its effect on its target cell by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor called CXCR2. In addition, CXCL3 is thought to play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion.
