  - MW : 14.2kD. Recombinant Human BOC is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Asp31-Ser157 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus. Brother of CDO is a protein that in humans is encoded by the BOC gene. CDON and BOC are cell surface receptors of the immunoglobulin (Ig)/fibronectin type III repeat family involved in myogenic differentiation. CDON and BOC are coexpressed during development, form complexes with each other in a cis fashion, and are related to each other in their ectodomains, but each has a unique long cytoplasmic tail.

  - Application Description
    
    Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Do not mix by vortex or pipetting. It is not recommended to reconstitute to a concentration less than 100 µg/ml. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in ddH2O. Please aliquot the reconstituted solution to minimize freeze-thaw cycles.
