Liver S9 is the supernatant of liver homogenate with removal of mitochondria. It contains a large number of drug metabolic enzymes including CYPs. We offer induced rat liver S9 product prepared under aseptic conditions. It is also prepared at different concentrations that suitable for genotoxicity assays as the essential metabolic activation system.
