R2A Agar is recommended for enumeration of heterotrophic bacteria in water, especially potable water.

3 Easy Steps:

1. Remove lid.
2. Gently press plate to surface without twisting or sliding.
3. Twist clockwise until frosted bands line up to lock lid into place.
