Poly(tetrahydrofuran) (PTHF) is a polyether that can be prepared by the cationic polymerization of tetrahydrofuran in the presence of a variety of initiator systems.
Application
PTHF can be used in the preparation of soft segment polyurethane for a variety of applications. It can also be used in the surface modification of cellulose fibers which can further be used as reinforcing polymerix materials.Please contact us at for specific academic pricing.
