pluriSpin® Human Monocyte Enrichment is designed to isolate pure, viable and untouched monocytes from whole blood, buffy coat, cord blood or similar sample material by negative isolation. The product labels T cells, B cells, NK cells and granulocytes, while the negatively isolated human monocytes are left in the sample. When centrifuged over a density medium the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs. The purified monocytes are present as a highly enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the density medium.
